Open to all females but the primary focus will be on those ladies who do not like strenuous exercise or who lack physical strength. Description: implementing lifestyle changes to maximize health. These sessions will be most effective for women who: ❑ want to develop a fitness mindset using effective lower impact exercises, ❑ are open to adjusting their diet, ❑ are committing to exercising consistency and discipline, and ❑ desire to see God at work in every area of their life
